We affirm to our employees, community, customers, and share holders that we will conduct our business with respect, care and a commitment to continuous improvement. We believe that injuries, occupational illness and environmental incidents are preventable. We will design, build, operate and maintain our facilities and equipment to high standards so they are safe for our employees, community and environment.

We are privileged to operate in our community. We continuously strive to reduce the impact on our environment through responsible use of resources and prevention of pollution. Our value to our customers, employees and share holders is dependent on our ability to responsibly operate our facility and prevent incidents.

Environmental Management System
S.E.H. America will implement, maintain and communicate to all employees an Environmental Management System document that outlines polices and procedures for maintaining and improving the Environmental Management System. Environmental goals and targets will be established and reviewed by top management with the goal of improving our operation and relationship with our community. Audits will be conducted periodically and results reviewed by top management to foster continuous improvement of our environmental performance.

Safety & Health in the Workplace
S.E.H. America highly values our employees. We believe that safety is our first priority, and that all safety incidents can be prevented. We are committed to providing employees with a safe and healthful work environment by identifying and eliminating unsafe acts and conditions.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations
S.E.H. America is committed to complying with all laws, regulations and other requirements related to the well being of our employees and the environment. When appropriate, we will be proactive and set internal standards in absence of government regulations.

Employee Training
S.E.H. America maintains a training program regarding the safety of our employees, our community and the environment. Prevention of incidents is accomplished by training all employees to complete their jobs in a safe and responsible manner. Training is provided for personnel to ensure that facilities are kept in a safe and effective operating condition. Employees involved in emergency and hazardous material response activities will be provided the necessary resources and training.

Communication with the Local Community
S.E.H. America is committed to maintaining a positive working relationship with the community by operating manufacturing facilities that minimize the impact on the environment and the surrounding population. Environmental policies are available to the public on request.
