Facility Plant Operator

SEH America is a growing global wafer manufacturer on the cutting edge of silicon technology. We are looking for an experienced Facility Plant Operator to be a key member of our team in Vancouver, WA.

The ideal candidate will have experience and operational knowledge of semiconductor facility support systems. In addition this candidate will perform in the following areas;

• Monitor and analyze critical and non-critical information relating to our facility support systems.
• Respond to alarms and make determinations for adjustments or shutting down components or entire facility including PSM/RPM systems.
• Performs preventative and response maintenance.
• Disposes of hazardous waste and chemical per regulations and permits.
• Must maintain oversight of contracted bulk chemicals, RO/DI production, industrial waste treatment, coolant filtration, and general chemical supply equipment.
• Involved in various projects such as new equipment installation or equipment modifications.

This person must have outstanding communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage and effectively work multiple projects concurrently with a wide variety of consultants and personalities. Must be willing to work in an individual contributor role and work well within a team environment.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in similar Facilities Operations role.
• Proven ability to work on complex assignments that require excellent problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with vendors, engineering, contractors, and management.
• Semiconductor or related large plant/ high-tech, clean room environment experience ideal.
