HR Coordinator

SEH-America, Inc is a growing global wafer manufacturer on the cutting edge of silicon technology. We are looking for a HR Coordinator to be a key member of our Human Resources team in Vancouver, WA.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of general HR functions such as benefits, employee records, HRIS and payroll. This individual must be detail-oriented and demonstrate a high level of accuracy in their assignments. In addition this individual will be asked to perform the following functions:

  • Provide back-up support to the Benefits Analyst for benefit inquiries; assists in researching common issues relating to benefits. Offers customer service and answers general HR and Benefit questions to employees.
  • Lend a hand with various benefit notice distributions such as Initial COBRA Notice, Term Letters, Summary Annual Reports, Summary Plan Descriptions, eligibility notices, etc.
  • Generate basic reports to HR staff . Examples may include turnover and headcount reports, special projects, promotion lists, benefit enrollment and deduction reports, etc.
  • Acts as assistant with other human resources responsibilities as needed and seasonal assistance as needed during peak times, such as annual merit review, benefit fairs, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ yrs experience in a similar HR Coordinator role. Associates degree strongly desired.
  • Knowledge of ADP systems such as HR Benefits, eTime, and PC Payroll is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of state and federal regulations pertaining to employee records management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential in this role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment a plus.
