SEH America believes that investing in our schools and students is investing in our future. We have partnered with the Evergreen Public schools to provide STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) related work linked learning internships in high tech manufacturing to motivated high school juniors and seniors. These internships allow students to get valuable experiences that they can leverage to go directly to work after high school, to clarify their future studies, get into the college of their dreams, access scholarships, and more.
Work linked learning interns are closely guided by SEH employee "mentors". These students learn a wide variety of skills, from the general safety, to the properties of silicon, to how to compose a professional email. These interns are unpaid and receive academic credit for their learning. With the increasingly competitive job market, SEH is proud to support these motivated young people as they pursue their goals.
